"Purchased 2 items. One I just didn't like. The other one was a piece of Junk. Both items in the same order. Both items on the same receipt. SENT SEPARATELY. The item I didn't like easily went thru the return system. Shipping label printed. Sent. Done! The other item is still sitting in my sitting room. The Sharper Image System CAN NOT, is UNABLE TO, do TWO RETURNS from the same order. According to the THREE representatives I spoke to, there was a system upgrade and I need to WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK. The last call was 8 days ago. The 2nd Representative claimed she sent a label for the 2nd item. NOTHING RECEIVED. The (kind sounding) 3rd Representative sent a label for the item already returned. Once I told her it was the same, she reiterated someone would call back. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as well. THIS IS RIDICULOUS."
