"I was unlucky to have received my first ordered “Metal European beads” in defective condition. I immediately contacted the customer service department of Pandahall. I was surprised to get such a smart and positive response from them. They took immediate action and replaced the beads without any further question within the next two days. To be very honest, I was never expecting such great response from their customer service. My previous experiences in the same case were not very good. I will definitely go for further buying from Pandahall in the future. Kudos to this online store for giving such a honest and prompt service."
