"Good customer services. I ordered a 4-ways RGB splitter for my LED strips in garage. It did not work the first time as I was trying to connect it with my strips, but it worked just fine with my other 1 way connectors. So I contacted their customer service and wondered if it is defective. They replied me a detail explanation with pictures, and told me if it was still not working, they would recall the item. Fortunately, everything just worked well by following their instructions."
