20th anniversary bird clock
"Usually when something is limited edition and a anniversary item you expect it to be as good or better than the original. Absolutely not in this case 20th anniversary singing bird clock. I purchased the original for my 12th anniversary original and have always had it on my wall and absolutely love it!
However, While I understand with inflation things will be different this clock is much smaller. Totally my fault for not looking at the 8-inch description. The package arrived in a padded envelope, the box inside and damaged. I have learned anything shipped by FedEx will not arrive as you hope.( please take note of that Harriet Carter) The button on the back of the clock to change the bird sounds works at times. I hope to getting to know the different sounds of new Birds on this clock however I am very disappointed in the product.
I will take responsibility for not looking at the description carefully and realizing it's much smaller, however the way it is shipped is unacceptable and I will think twice before ordering from Harriet Carter again anything that can be damaged."
