"Terrible company. Terrible products, worse service.
I ordered a pack of ink cartridges for an HP K5400, and installed the black one first - within a hundred pages the printhead was clogged. I contacted them and they sent this ridiculous set of instructions on soaking the cartridges in warm water - but the printheads aren't ON the cartridges in this model. The cyan cartridge clogged up almost immediately. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!!!!"

"Good prices - IF you can get what you order. I used their website to get an online quote for two items that the website said were "In Stock". Now, weeks later, I'm still waiting for them - and we spoke on the phone, they said the products weren't available and wouldn't be for another week and a half. In the meantime, I checked the site, and it STILL says they're "In Stock". In short, if you want what you order - order it somewhere else.
UPDATE:
Barcode Planet just posted their update. I find it very curious that they do not realize that I have spoken to them several times. I believe they are trying to be helpful, but that they are quite disorganized."
