"BE VERY CAREFUL! Phones come without manuals, software, or cords (only charger)...boxes open, phones are obviously not new but rather refurbs. Mine came and did not operate correctly...obviously wrong firmware for country of orgin. It was sent back (my dime of course), and I was told it was sent to nokia for repairs. I discovered he meant nokia in CHINA! It was months before it was finally returned! Manager lied REPEATEDLY...saying "it had been sent" or it will be the "first of the week" etc. The whole process was 5 months. "DISCOUNT" comes often at a great price! Hellish experience!"
