"**TERRIBLE SERVICE**
I ordered a tom-tom from these guys in October of 2011. After two months went by, I inquired as to where my order was. I was informed, by a simple, non-caring email, that the tom wasn't even available yet when I ordered it; and that it was due to arrive to their store by Feb of 2012. The website stated that this product was in stock otherwise, I would not have ordered it from them because I needed the tom pretty quickly!
After contacting them a second time (middle of Feb 2012), I received absolutely NO response. So now I am out almost $200 and still do not have the product which I absolutely needed fairly quickly.
This is a terrible company, with very bad service; avoid it at all costs!"
"I am not totally disappointed, but I did receive an old/refurbished phone (Blackberry Curve) when I ordered a brand new one. I called customer service about an exchange and the rep was a little annoying but after forcing my explaination, he finally agreed that I needed another phone. I finally received a new phone, but in a different color than ordered; but at least it is new. The biggest plus about the company is the actual shipping time. The first package came to me, stationed over in Germany with the Army, within one week, which is extremely and unusually fast! Once I was told the new phone was on the way I was amazed to see it get here within a week yet again! Overall the company is not bad, but if you need an electronic fast and the order filled correctly the first time, you may be taking a chance. If you can, however, be patient then the company is ok."
