April 29, 2005: Bank Account charged
May 13, 2005: Big On Digital called and told me that they DO NOT have item in stock. I requested to have the order canceled and told I will not be charge a 10% canceling fee by the Rep. Was told, effective this date that my bank account will be refunded.
May 13 2005: Instead of being emailed a cancelation notice, I was emailed a "free shipping" notice on my next purchase- not cool.
May 16 2005: No refund, yet. No email confirming cancelation. On Big On Digital site, the Canon Optura 30 is shown as being in STOCK!I am waiting for the refund to shop elsewhere!!
May 18 2005: My account not credited. Told by BigOnDigital it would show any day.
May 25 2005: My account still not credited. Told by their accounts dept it was credited May 23rd.
May 26 2005: Finally....my money was returned to me!!
I had bought the camera to film my, now 7 month old, crawling. He has crawled. I was hoping to get the camera to film him standing. He now stands. I WILL NEVER GET THOSE MOMENTS BACK!!! Not very pleased with this company."
