"Store manager needs a lesson in how to treat customers…bought my wife’s helmet from there…bought Bluetooth from Amazon because it was cheaper…the manager told me that she would install the Bluetooth in the helmet I bought from her store. Went back today to do so and was going to do my own helmet while I watched her do my wife’s and she wasn’t in the store. A young guy named Jerome or Jeremy assisted me and I explained to him the situation and he offered to do both helmets. I told him great and as he was finishing the first helmet the store manager came in. She said to him we don’t do that . I thought she was joking because this is not the first time I had shopped the store. I spoke to her and she did not speak back. I figured she didn’t hear me so when she came out the back I spoke again and she ignored me. So when the young guy was done. I thanked him and had given him a tip for doing so. As much as I shop Cycle Gear over the past 6 years I never had a problem like this. I may never shop with Cycle Gear again. Terrible experience"
