Customer greeting lacking!
"First off, walking through the door, not one person “Welcomed” me, I stood for a minute unsure of where to proceed to pick up my order? A few workers to my left never said a word to me, I then saw the sign “Parts”, so I proceeded in that direction, as I stood there, no one at the counter, two women to my right each on the phone, I’m pulling up my order number, one woman asked if I needed help? I replied I was there to pick up an order, she calls to someone in an office behind the counter that they had a customer. A man emerges, asks me what I needed basically, I replied I’m here to pick up an order, he inquiries did I order it online? I’m thinking well yes, where else would I have ordered it? Basically making me feel like I was interrupting him from whatever he was doing prior. No, Hi, my name is and how may I help you? Then what’s the name on the order, I give him my name, oh here and proceeds to grab a small box and open it, I’m making small talk stating two items I ordered, he replied I don’t know what’s in the box, at that point I verify what I ordered, grab the items with the invoice and say have a nice day…. No personality at all!!!! I get into the car with my husband and said…well when it comes to me purchasing a NEW car I won’t be coming here that’s for sure! I work with customers in my job, and your establishment could really use some much needed customer service, curiosity and followed by a Thank You!"
