"Terrible company. I sent them an iPhone 5S in flawless condition & they fed me the same lie about the "pinkish hue" as Lmo18. What a coincidence! They reduced my offer by nearly $100. They offered me $96 for an unlocked 5S in perfect working order with NO scratches - not even one! What a joke. Don't trust the quote you're provided at all.
Unbeknownst to NextWorth, the phone was removed from its box upon arrival in 2013 & placed directly into a case with an additional screen protector, which is where it lived for two years.
Additionally, they emailed me when my order arrived at their location and stated that it would be inspected within 2-4 days. It was not; I had to email on the 7th day and was magically notified (with an accompanying lowball offer) that my order had, amazingly, been inspected just a few hours later. Miraculous!
Never again. Don't waste your time.
Edit: I encourage any prospective customers to review their passive-aggressive (and sometimes outright ridiculous) responses to other customers with complaints. How sad that they lie to/about people so often. Curious to know how they re-inspected my phone when, according to them, it had already been shipped back to me before I wrote this review.
Edit 2: I sent my phone to a competing company. They said the condition was just as I described and are paying the full amount. Ha!"
