Like the product, not the delivery time
"I ordered two personalized dog Christmas stockings and after a few days got an email that they were shipping and would be delivered on December 16. On the 19th, I emailed the company and told them it wasn’t here yet and asked if it was still on track. No reply. On the 26th, I got an email saying great news! Your order has been delivered. I obviously ordered them to have before Christmas, not the day after. I emailed them again and told them that my order arrived 10 days later than they told me....again, I have heard nothing from them so far. I doubt I will be ordering from them again."
