Should’ve read the well-earned reviews beforehand
"I could not be more disappointed in the complete lack of business ethics with Aztek Computers. I have been on and off the phone with the 1 customer service representative for weeks now. I foolishly ordered a product from Aztek 2 weeks ago, and I went to cancel the order due to the lack of communication of the processing of this order. After one phone call, they assured me that this order was canceled, and I would receive a email confirmation within 5-10 minutes; I did not receive this email. A full business day later, I called to get a status on my cancellation. I was told that this order cannot be canceled because the shipping department made a shipping label on Aug 28th. Now I am waiting just like the numerous reviewers here for my order to be canceled while my money is **** in this shady company."
