"I was in a super rush to get an a/c compressor in my suitcase to take it to the EU (no parts there at this time). Alex found me the correct part and when I called back to place the order, she was out to lunch (this part needed to be overnighted). Well no problem, Juan took over seamlessly. The part came in on time I'm now in the EU with a car that has A/C !!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!"
