"Prompt shipping and a good price. I bought some brake pads and rotors for my 2001 Softail. Product support was just okay because they didn't know that both the front and rear brake pads are the same for my Harley. Once I found that out from a different source I ordered the correct pads for both. The new pads and rotors are far superior to stock Harley parts. I may consider a caliper upgrade someday also."

"This website sells used products as new! I bought a Logitech Harmony remote from this website. The product was listed as new. When I set it up Logitech told me the remote was used 2 years ago and is out of warranty. BUYER BEWARE!"

"I've been dealing with 123 for years and they have provided excellent products and service.
Four more products purchased in 2013 already. One had to be returned and was made easy by issuing me a UPS shipping label. All I had to do was tape the label on the package and drop it off at any UPS store. I could have also arranged a UPS pickup from anywhere. This company knows how to treat a good customer."

"Be very careful what you order from this place. While the prices are low, if you have to return anything for any reason you will be sorry.
Considering other suppliers of similar products offer a 30 day return policy I would not buy from this merchant again."

"Patience pays off. I ordered this TV from Super TV City. When I ordered, it was marked as in stock. After ordering I received an email requesting me to call to verify my order so I did. I was offered a warranty plan and shipping insurance which I declined. The shipping date wound up being delayed about a week longer than originally promised and my paypal was charged 5 days before the item shipped. I called Mark and asked him about the issue and he assured me I would get my TV at the great price if I was willing to wait a bit longer. I waited and boy am I glad I did. I got the TV for almost $2000.00 less than any local store would sell it. These guys are the real deal and in the end came through in a big way for me. Thank you Mark and Super TV!"
