Never Rent Tux From MW
"We rented a tux for groom and 5 groomsmen and every single tux had something wrong. I would never have thought that was even possible?! One tux missing shoes, one a jacket, one no cuff links/buttons, one wrong color, etc., and the worst was one mailed to wrong state. They overnighted it but the groomsman missed the pictures anyway, almost ruined the wedding. Certainly added stress to a day that we didnt need anymore stress. THEN, to make matters even worse, after dropping all of the tuxes off at same location/time, I called a couple hours later to say a valuable item was left in 1 tux and the customer service department tells me I have to wait 14 days to get a return phone call?! I was asking if this item could be retrieved at that moment and it made no sense why I would have to wait 2 weeks! The bride and groom will be home from honeymoon by that time! Never use MW again! I wont even buy my suits there anymore as well, just out of principal! The fact that a week has gone by and no one has called, emailed or anything tells me I will never see this item again!"
