Superb assistance!
"When several parts appeared to be missing (screws, specifically) I called and the items were delivered to me OVERNIGHT! Spectacular response/customer service. As I continued the construction project, I discovered that FedEx had delivered a damaged part -- actually the largest part in the packaging, the entire back of the kitchen island -- and when I called about it, a replacement part was once again shipped to me immediately -- free of charge and with no return of the damaged part required! This company seems to work under a commendable customer service policy. If every company doing business on line was as attentive and responsive as Cymax there would be far fewer online issues. Thank you Cymax Stores! In addition, the unit went together perfectly. There are a few edits I would recommend with the direction booklet, but all in all it was a simple process. It was refreshing to find that there are still a few businesses with a strong, ethical conviction that the old adage "The customer is ALWAYS right!" is the best way to operate."
