Simple recall turns into a Near Death Experience
"I took my 2015 Yamaha R3 to them for a few recalls. (Replace gas tank and shift return spring And they forgot to install my shift return spring . And they gave me my bike back with out test driving it so I leave and hop on the Highway and I can’t down shift only up shift . My bike died and I almost crashed after then I pushed it. A half mile up hill ! back to they shop they said no one actually test drove it. I asked for a manager and after waiting 30 mins the 20 yr old kid told me he was not Available until tomorrow and that I should leave it with them for a few more days it was there 4 days already . I could have lost my life because of their negligence"
