Forgot my order
"According to the emails sent it takes up to 14 days in some cases to ship their item out depending on size or weight but for some reason my order was completely forgotten about and after 16 days my order finally shipped because I called inquiring about the order that I never got any updates about. I’d atleast expect them to expedite the order but I won’t get my order for another 5 days. The people there are great and very friendly, they just didn’t take care of this side of the customer service as well."
