"Unfortunately, the reviews for this merchant are pretty much right-on. Ordered P2 400 mhz slot 1 CPU and product was shipped in a timely fashion, but upon receipt, CPU specs out as a 266mhz. CPU id utility also checks out as 266 mhz and NOT 400 mhz. Have asked for RMA but no response.
Good thing I only ordered 1. Too bad for them because I was going to upgrade about 15 PCs. Apparently they are no longer around and the $15 dollars I lost was worth the price of admission to see this company go bye 'bye !!"

"I always order a small inexpensive part to "test" a reseller, so I decided to give them a chance. It has now been almost 30 days since my order. They HAVE billed my VISA but HAVE NOT delivered the goods. Fortunately I am out only a few dollars, but unless they straighten this out,I have no choice but to bad mouth these guys to all my tech buddies and ask them to spread the word."

"After ordering from this reseller for about 2 years now, we don't waste time looking around other sites. Items are shipped in a timely manner and packaging is excellent. The rare defective part is promptly replaced with items that generally exceed the original specifications. Will continue to do business with them."
