"When we purchased my ring we also purchased a lifetime warranty. The warranty covers twice yearly inspections and any sizing or repairs. They have had my ring for about a month now. It was sent in to get a thorough cleaning and tighten up one of the channels because a diamond is loose. They received the ring back from the jeweler and the repair had not been done. Instead of my ring NOW BEING A PRIORITY because he didn't make the repair, it was put at the end and they are working on an as received basis. I am beyond frustrated at this point but I'm supposed to be nice and act as if it's no big deal. The customer service is for the birds, but that's all people can expect everywhere they go, so I guess I shouldn't expect anything better. Maybe they need to find someone else to handle the repairs."
