"I ordered a motherboard and a 512meg stick of Corsair 3200C2. The RAM was defective and I promptly RMAed it. It had about 500 errors in Memtest86 at it's advertised speed and timings. So today (Sept. 22) I got a replacement. This was even worse! Now I got 43000 Memtest86 errors!!! So now I'm returning it for good and going somewhere else. I'm going to get stuck for the price of shipping their defective products back to them ($15) and probably a restocking fee ($20). Let's just say I'm never shopping there again. I'll look for my parts where they take care of their customers in case of a problem."
"I ordered a KVM switch at 10pm on a Monday night. I opted for the 2 Day air delivery and I received the package on Wednesday morning. I am very pleased with the quickness and availability at non business hours. The only downside was that I didn't receive an email that confirmed that my item had been shipped, so it was quite a surprise when it came and I didn't even know it had been shipped yet. This is a problem that the sales associate assured me he would look into."
