"Ordered a DE Filter, product finally arrived and was cracked. Contacted pool outlet by email since there is no number. Email from them said the filter would be picked up then when back in warehouse we would receive our refund. Waited at home all day no time frame on when pick up scheduled. Last pick up, driver had no slip for pick up, now company that picked up item charging us for shipping cost. We paid $100 to ship to us but it costs almost 3xs to send back???? How does that make sense and we were never told in any correspondence we were responsible for return fees."
