"BUYERS BEWARE!!!! ITEMS ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON!!! DO NOT BUY FROM CRISPDEALS.COM UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO!!!
All I wanted was to EXCHANGE the (sony XAV70BT) that I purchased because I felt it was definitely not worth the $500 dollars I paid for it and they DENIED ME OF AN EXCHANGE even though the unit was in perfect condition with all the original wires and packaging that came with it! But what is really upsetting is I JUST SPENT OVER $1,200.00 with these people on the previous order!!! There reason for denying me the exchange was since I had exchanged the previous head unit which was DEFCTIVE and was processed as such - I was still not eligible for an exchange. The exchange would have been for 3 other items that I would have had to pay a difference of $250.00, so its not even like they would have had to give me any money back. On top of that I paid for all the shipping for the defective unit, shipped to me, then back to them and then the shipping for the second unit. So much for cultivating customer relations for a next time! The other thing is the the unit I want is cheaper on AMAZON anyway and they have great customer support! So do yourself the favor of buying somewhere else before you buy from these guys."
