"It took HKFlix two or three days to respond to my first e-mail which which had me a bit worried about them. But from then on I got responses in a matter of hours, even on the weekend! It took a few e-mails before I was ready to make the purchase of the Oppo 980 DVD player. They sent out the unit the day I submitted the order and I received it as quickly as I expected with ground shipping. To sum things up: Get this fabulous DVD player and get it from HKFlix! If your experience goes like mine you won't be disappointed. :)"
