Digicel Top Up Haiti Poor Customer Service/Over Billed my Account for Prepaid Services
"I do not recommend the company's service at all as they try to rip customers off. I had a pre-paid account since August 2018 and no issues. I recently checked my account to realize the company has been charging me twice each month for a pre-paid plan to the same number. Nor are they willing to refund me the over-charge that I never authorized. No human being would add two unlimited plans to the same number, it just makes no sense. Nor is customer service willing to resolve the issue. It just sounds like a scam to me for all of a sudden for me to be over billed but I am not surprised because it seems such action must be common in the country."
