"My less than 4 month old cpap machine would not turn on. I tried everything I could and everything the rep asked me to do over the phone. Different outlets, checked cords and plugs, etc. It still would not power up. So I paid 36.00 for shipping to get it looked at. It magically worked for them. Instead of sending me a different machine, but same model, I am now getting the machine I had, which did not work for me. I honestly wouldn't mind if I hadn't had to pay shipping. Especially if it stops working for me again. I was not given a definitive plan other than I'd get free shipping under 90 days. So if it stops again, I can send it back, but if it works for them and not me again, I'm probably out of the money I spent buying it and trying to get a working and reliable replacement, emphasis on the reliable. When this cpap inevitably dies, I'll try a different company. And if I could return this one for a refund of what I paid for it, I'd be just as happy to not have to deal with them again."
