First time buyer. Last time buyer.
"Terrible experience. ordered item for Christmas 11/20. Item did not arrive. BEWARE! Customer service hours are 10-4pm central time. No weekends or evenings. Good luck getting a hold of someone! When I called I was told it was their error, would ship. Finally arrived almost 3 weeks later, damaged. Called again, was told to take photos and send to an email address they gave me. No word back. Called again. Said they gave me the wrong email address. Sent photos again. finally got a return label. Waiting on refund. Will never order from them again!!!Sorry!"
