Bad Checkout experience on PC
"Cart became unresponsive. I had to add an item to the cart to make it responsive but it wouldn't let me change the coupon code even though it said it didn't work. Bought them on my phone and it was quick and easy."

Terrible Service
"I ordered a shirt from them and when it arrived I noticed it didn't look as it should. I messaged them asking if they could exchange it and they asked me to send pictures of the shirt which I did. Five days after I send the picture a different service rep emails me the return exchange policy that states I have to pay to ship it there and back plus a restocking fee. I send the shirt in but when it arrived the rep said the shirt looks like it should and asks if I want a refund instead. I tell her no it doesn't and send her the pictures of what it's advertised to look like on the page and what I received. They replied "Unfortunately all images on the website are only Digital mock-ups and subject to some differences and variances." Nowhere on the product page or anywhere on their website do they have that disclaimer. I ask why I wasn't told the shirt looked as it should before I wasted money shipping it. I don't get a reply for five days and the email just says I've been refunded. I never asked to be refunded and with the shipping and restocking fee I still end up paying 80% of the cost of the shirt."
