"I ordered a set of letters for my vehicle. The order arrived quickly and was exactly to specifications. During installation, I messed one up and accidentally creased a letter. I didn't say anything as it was my fault. The company emailed to make sure everything went well and I then mentioned that I messed one up and they sent me a new one at no charge! This company understands good customer relations. I highly recommend them for your decal needs!"
