"NEVER do business with this company! They are the worst people!
I bought a frame and it came all chipped up and full of scratches. I contacted them immediately and asked for another to be sent. They never responded for a few weeks so I sent another message since they never answer their phone! They finally said they would send another as soon as they got original back. A MONTH LATER they sent a frame with an email saying "your new frame is in perfect condition...". I thought 'great'! Days later, I opened the box (after a month wait) and there were no chips BUT there was a jewel missing right in plain sight!! AND the front of the frame is a different color than the temples!! (part white & part cream). So I take pics of the box and the frame just in case. I call them immediately and tell her this and she calls me a liar and said that the frame she sent was fine and that I am wanting to return an old frame. WTH??? I return frame to them and NEED a replacement ASAP (as I already paid for prescription lenses made for this frame) Then she calls and leaves a voicemail telling us we sent back a different frame than they sent and they will not replace it. What a criminal company. I have had better luck with FramesRx.com and best buy!!"
