"I'm not happy! I placed an order for a ring with a certificate. My order is delivered. No certificate for the diamond. September 10 sent a letter to the store, customer service, with the request to send the certificate to the specified address. I sent four messages. There is no answer. I need a certificate for a diamond ring! For what I paid the money? Myjewellrybox someone responds to letters? Do you have a conscience! Shame on you!..."
