"Went to the store looking for outdoor furniture while my wife was out ot town. Saw a stiltte I liked. She arrived teo hours later , picked her up at the airport and returned to the store. After looking ar various styles , choose thr onr I likedc mainly because the displayed item had cushions on the lounge chairs. We bought the entire set as displayed. Took photos. When delivered the lounge chairs cushions were missing and some other items stained. Receipt wss noted and delivery and replacement promised. 24 hours before the delivery, we were called and told that the loungers did not bring cushions and that they were there “because a custmernbgad put them there briefly,” when they were there in both of my visits over two hours apart. The Oprions given by the so call costumer service department after even seeting the photo os the purchase qmade were to return the loungers and then be stuck with an incomplete outdoor furniture set. If set was returned they would charge a 35% re stocking fee , 0ver $3000 ! Don’r buy from this company . They have zero comsumer interest, are just classless ."
