Bad service, non personal
"Good store until you run into a problem with them...the worst customer service, very rude , non-personal people. They address you by your email first letters. And then close your account without even talking to you. I've been their customer for 2 years and spent thousands of dollars every year and they treated me like a nobody. When they didn't deliver my last package for 2 months i had to ask for my money back they got mad and closed my account."
