"I’ve ordered from them twice. Each time, they sent the wrong items. Either the scrub tops were the wrong size, or the shipping info was inaccurate. I verified that all the information I entered was correct.
When I got the email with the tracking numbers, I checked to make sure the description of what was being tracked was accurate. They shipped the right size and style according to the tracking email. HOWEVER, when it arrived, it was both the wrong size and style.
The first time this happened, the representative told me that I entered the information incorrectly. I didn’t. The second, and last, time that it happened, I paid very close attention to all the details. And when I called, the representative tried to tell me the same thing again.
So I asked to speak to a Manager. The manager found all the right invoices. And he confirmed that they made the mistake. So I told him that after all the trouble BOTH TIMES, that I feel it’s appropriate for me to expect them to send the correct items top priority and all for free.
Of course they refused. In fact, all they were willing to do was send the correct items at cost but not charge for shipping. I’ve already got crap from them that I can’t use. Do they really think I’m going to pay more money just to risk not getting the right stuff this time? Hell, no!"
