"I have purchased an expensive espresso grinder and a variety of espresso accessories from this company and have had 2 orders for which I needed to talk to their customer service department after the sale. I have left messages and sent e-mails and they have never responded to me. I am left with the impression that once they have my money, they have no interest in helping me or talking with me.
