"I contacted this company just on the off chance to ask if they stocked a certain item and if not whether they could order one in for me. They acted upon my request immediately, and after contacting their supplier regarding delivery and the cost of the item they (PPCs) discovered that they did in fact have the item in stock. Not only did this news mean that I would not have to wait 40 days for their supplier to send the item to them, the price they quoted me for the item was the best I have ever seen - beating the next cheapest online store by $10 and the only other online store which stocks the product by $49.99!
I ordered the item immediately along with some other products and they granted my request to ship certain items separately so that I would avoid paying VAT and import duties, etc.
And then to top it off the goods arrived duty free in the UK within seven days! Great stuff!
I can recommend this company 100% and will continue to shop there. This was my 15th order at this store, I have spent over $1200 so far on products and services they have on offer because the specialised range of products they stock is simply unbeatable.
Also, they are very quick to reply to emails and have been very helpful in providing information to assist me in modding my computers.
I cannot fault this company one bit! LOL I only wish they had a UK store!"

"Great service from this company as usual. Comms could not be better. My first order with them was slightly delayed, they contacted me to let me know and deducted all shipping costs to the UK! Also, they do not charge a flat-rate shipping cost and make a small fortune in the process. What the parcel weighs is what you pay! The goods arrived in the UK within 5 working days which blows away the competition somewhat. You cannot go wrong with this company."

"After buying a PC P&C Silencer 750W psu (non-quad model) from an online store here in the UK and realising some months later that I should have purchased the quad version, PC P&C were good enough to exchange the 750W Silencer (plus the difference in cost) for their Turbo-Cool 1KWSR model provided I paid all shipping costs. In fact the first option they offered was to redo the harness of the 750W Silencer to a Quad version for free but I needed a certain amount of future-proofing so I opted for the upgrade and am very happy for doing so. The T1KWSR arrived on my doorstep within 5 working days and shipping costs were extremely low.
I have dealt with PC P&C before and cannot fault them. Their products are of the highest standard, any PC enthusiast will tell you that, and their customer support and attitude towards the end user are second to none. I only hope their recent merger into the OCZ Group doesn't change anything."

"I placed an order with frozencpu.com on the 5th July 2007, it was only a small order: $22.00 for the goods and $31.50 for the shipping to the UK, making a grand total of $53.50.
My payment by credit card was verified within minutes, and this fact was confirmed by email immediately. Anyway, the goods were packed and made ready for despatch the very same day and I was notified by email of this fact also.
I received the parcel, well, padded envelope really, on the 10th July. I was overjoyed at the speed of the delivery especially when you consider that there was a weekend between the 5th and the 10th of July and don't mail deliveries cease or work on a go-slow basis on weekends? Well here in the UK all domestic mail does.
So I have nothing but praise for Frozencpu.com and the way they conduct business.
My only complaint is the P&P cost, there is a minimum charge for international parcels, I think it covers up to 4lbs in weight, and I can't help but feel they are making a profit from this. Now if they were to apply P&P charges according to the parcel weight and get rid of the minimum charge then I could give a "Perfect" or "A1" rating. Having said that, one has to consider this fact as having little weight especially when one needs a component and in double quick time.
That's it! I can look forward to my 10% coupon now, LOL! It'll bring down the cost of P&P at least!"
