"My latest communication with BlueFly Customer Service: This is not FAIR! I bought a Large shirt on Feb. 8, didn't get it for 12 days. The shirt is NOT a large, it's a Small size (even though it says L). I checked the box for free shipping and sent it back via UPS and its been another 9 days before you even acknowledged receiving it. Now, you're telling me that its going to take another 10 days to process my credit in-house? That's just not right. Once I get my credit and get the shirt I ordered nearly a month ago, I will NEVER buy from BlueFly again and will do free advertising for your company on-going UNLESS you make this right!"
