Don't buy from this supplier of Laptops!
"I ordered a Lenovo Laptop which was supposed to come with a pen and holder. The pen and holder were missing from the package and I reported this back to Laptop Outlet.
Laptop Outlet told me several times to recheck the parcel as the missing items will be in the package - I responded saying I have checked each time and requested a replacement. Many emails followed with Laptop Outlet basically fobbing me off! I persevered and they eventually offered me £25 in recompense which I refused as the cost would be circa £100.
The above was protracted over 2 months and still nothing from them!
DONT BUY FROM THEM. READ MANY OTHER ISSUES SIMILAR TO MINE ON REVIEWS.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SOMETHING THEY DONT CARE ABOUT JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND THEN FORGET YOU!"
