"What a strange company. I returned 6 boxes of unopened, unexpired lenses worth over $130, but they only refunded me $40. I repeatedly asked why I was short-changed, but all my emails were ignored. They never answer their phones and the "live chat" feature is always down. Just when I'm about to give up, they send me an email out of the blue saying they're not happy that I'm dissatisfied, and will resolve my issue. Then silence again. I've given up on these guys."
