Horrible Company! Worst customer service!
"At first I was delighted to order a radiator from radiator express. My friend had actually recommended them to me. I was looking for a radiator for my ‘04 Jeep GC WJ. They had one that was just what I was looking for.... or I thought. I ordered an all aluminum radiator for $256 and got my confirmation. Sent them the billing, shipping, and credit card info. 3 days after I ordered the part they contact me saying they need to confirm my billing and shipping. I just moved to Oregon so my billing is still in Texas. They held my order. I’m now on PST and couldn’t get back to them that day. The next day I called in the morning to get it sorted out. Easy. So I thought... 3 days later! They send me an email saying they DONT HAVE THE PART IN STOCK. They also told me I was now on a 30 day back order?! Money had be transferred from my account and I had expected the radiator to arrive 2 days after the order date. As it should take. Now a week in I call them back to ask the about their inventory, and if there’s anything they can do. They said they’d call a few people to see what’s around and call me back. I waited 2 hours and no return phone call. Called in again and got connected to the same employee I talked to before. I explained the situation, yet again. He then says, “ Well we don’t charge your card till we ship your part out usually.” I wouldn’t be worried about it if they didn’t charge my card.... so then he transfers me to customer service. I’m on the line for about 45 minutes till someone finally picked up. They said, “hello?” Waited two seconds and hung up..... so I called them back, yet again. Then I was FINALLY connected to someone who I could cancel my order with. But sadly I am still waiting to get my confirmation about my cancelled order as I am still out $256. I WOULD NOT recommend this company to even someone I hated!"
