WRONG SHOE/DIFFICULT CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
"I ordered a pair of women's size 8 Baby Phat brand running shoes and I got a pair of men's size 8 Sasha brand running shoes that were three sizes too big for me. When I told the customer service agent they were the wrong, he told me it was the right shoe and they just accidentally made the listing wrong on the website. The website shoe picture wasn't even what they sent me either. So he was pretty much trying to tell me that they sent me the right wrong shoes. I had to tell him twice what happened cuz he didn't take my side the first time and tried to make me send them back and pay for return shipping. Like, what?"
