"I ordered a single user snow leopard dvd. The order was held by the credit card processing center. They are very good at get your private info such as your phone account holder information, your previous address and etc. After that they will tell you to submit your photo id, utility bill, credit card and bank statement.
I am not applying for a credit card. I am just buying a DVD which cost less than 30 dollars.
Finally I gave up and bought one from local bestbuy."
