"Have heard some not so nice stories about their customer service skills. Although i ordered from them back in april. Ordered a heatsink, sound card and thermal compound. Stuff took a while to post, about 2 and a half weeks, but was packaged well and didnt have any problems with it. A mate of mine ordered a motherboard from them however, and it was DOA."

"Im not going to order from this place ever again, the only reason i did in the first place was because they stocked a case that nobody else had. Their prices are through the roof. After i ordered, they notified me of a delay in the arrival of my order, telling me i had to wait 5 weeks just to get my case. So i change my order to a case listed on their site as "Order In". They claim they can get "Order In" items from their suppliers immediatly. So two days later i ring them up and ask whats the go with my case, when the hells its getting here, and they say "We'll call you back", they never did.
Noticing they had a fanbus on their website, i decided to order that too, pretty stupid of me. I emailed their sales "Staff" and asked them to add it to my current order, i never get a reply. So i ring them up today and ask them to add a fanbus to my order and they give me this "We ran out of our last stock for this item today, and we arent ordering anymore of them ever". Absolute rubbish. They even have the fanbus listed on their site at "In Stock". Another negative, once you place your order, you have no idea what the hell is going on with it, there is no way to check order status on their badly designed website, I really cant see any reason to from them whatsoever, there are heaps more reliable and cheaper retailers all over australia.
Also they claim free freight but this is only to sydney metro, even if you live in sydney metro, your better off going to another retailer, because it is almost %100 likely that an alternative retailer that charges freight will still have a cheaper price than Auspcmarket once they add the freight cost. Hopefully they read this comment, and get their act together.

I placed the order in order, on the 2nd of september, when i call them they say "order in items usually take 1 day". So i call them on the 9th of september, after i havent heard a thing, and they say "Distributor gets stock on the 12th, so you have to wait till the 15th". So now instead of "immediatly" order in really means "2 weeks". Never ever am i going to order from this poor business again, there are heaps cheaper and alot more relaible companies out there that wont give you the runaround and delay on everything."
