"I ordered a quilt and 2 pillows. Both were days they were in stock. I get an email saying quilt was no longer available but they were mailing pillows. I called to cancel and get refund. They came up with all kinds of excuses but finally was refunded for the quilt but not pillows which I paid for 2 day shipping and over 2 weeks later have yet to receive them. I've been fighting for 2 weeks to get the 78.00 refund!! Like I told them, IF I get the pillows, they would only match the quilt. Incompetent employees and company. Customer service isn't there"
