Watch kept for months with inconsistent updates at best. no repair,
"Sent my watch in for a battery replacement and estimate on a small crystal face chip.
waited weeks at a time in between my inquiries to get any responses. Those were automated and false updates. Repeats and retractions. They changed estimate info multiple times, claimed parts delays. They later claimed they needed to use substitute parts ( and non-original material???) then changed that answer again in an unrealistic time frame because I requested the return of my watch. No definitive or honest answers oN ANYTHING. Finally received my watch back with the same dead battery and chipped face because of the horrid shady communications I received with no results. Paid them to send my watch back finally ( payment was already made ) so eventually I received it back.
Never again. Do NOT recommend."
