"I have always had a good experience dealing with Thingfling.com in the past. The only disappointments have been in the "mystery box's". But, to be fair I did order a "mystery" so had no reason to complain, only pass the things I had no need for on to others. When there are questions, their tickets system seems to work well. There have been times when the shipping has been slow, but over all it has been quick. A good all around experience is to be had. Engage yourselves in the forum for fun, information, and answers from the regular members."

"As you can see this is an old order. These MP3 players have been lying about for quite some time. They did not come with the instruction book. I contacted Froobi on August 22, 2009 asking if there was an instruction manual. They responded today August 24 with not just a link to Sansa, but attached a copy of the instructions. To me, this is extrodinary customer service in this day and age. I would have not expected no response considering the time between the order and request. On this basis (and they sent quickly what was ordered) I strongly suggest Froobi.com in your shopping list on the internet."
