Excellent service, product, delivered on time.
"The website is very easy to use which is helpful for a 68 year old man. The process of choosing the correct pressure tank, processing the mailing address and billing was clear and helpful.
Calling on the phone was good except that extension 110 is mute, doesn't work. So, I used extension 120 and Corey was very helpful with information and transferred me to Serina who helped me a few times on the phone with excellent customer service.
Emails to me concerning the verification of the date of delivery, carrier (FedEx) with tracking number was very good and built my confidence in AquaScience.
There was no damage to the box or tank. The adapter from 1" male to the slip connection is a very handy asset to the installation.
All in all, I will say I had an excellent customer experience with AquaScience. Rest assured, they will get my endorsement and future business from me.
