"shipping nightmare, no really go parts fault but customer service did kind of drop the ball in that I was unable to communicate with shipper and go parts failed to follow through with redirect, took more than a month to get the part."

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the shipment of your order. We received the request to change your address when the order was already shipped, and alerted UPS immediately. Unfortunately, when an address on an already shipped item is changed, it can result in unavoidable delays for the carrier.
