Dear,
1. At first I want to repeat my problem:
I'm having this constant buzzing sound in background every time I make a call using gsm. When I make a cell phone call the person on the other end always hears this annoying buzzing sound. I also can hear this sound.
Sound is very loud AND I CANNOT USE THE PHONE. Sound appeared during the first day of using
2. What have I done?
I have receive phone at January 15 th (see RQ221048185SG on http://ips.posta.hr/). Next day I sent first e-mail.
Customer service told me to sent video record.
In very same moment I replied and told them that video record cannot shows the problem. Ask them to call me. But next day on android market I found tool for voice record.
I have recorded conversation and sent conversation to you.
Until yesterday nobody replied to my e-mail.
Yesterday I have received e-mail. In that e-mail customer service wrote me: "the video you send cannot see anything. Is it correct? Could you explain something or send it again? Thanks."
I was surprised. Several times I told you that is not video but voice record. I have impression that nobody read my mails.
After that I send e-mail again with same explanation – but nobody replied to me!
3. What to do?
I am really disappointed. I have several orders from Antelife and everything was fine until this time. I paid for something what I cannot use for basic purpose: voice communication.
Unfortunately I have received defective phone. I have used them for a day.(see tracking number)
I will send defective phone back to you, and I expect refund. On the record I sent you can clearly hear sound.
Please respond me! I don’t want to open issue on paypall page.
